Senior Creative Manager

About the role

The Senior Creative Manager will lead the development and execution of a 360° brand and creative strategy, shaping compelling concepts and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints. You will strengthen brand identity, drive creative innovation and ensure a consistent omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated 360° creative strategy aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Lead the creation and delivery of innovative campaigns that enhance brand equity, customer engagement and conversion.
• Oversee creative assets across design, video, production, packaging, visual merchandising and digital experiences.
• Manage production briefs, creative shoots and external production partners to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Partner with marketing, customer experience and commercial teams to align creative initiatives with business priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience leading creative teams.
• Strong omnichannel experience with ability to translate concepts across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated 360° campaigns.
• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive leadership style.

Required skills

• Experience managing creative production and external agencies.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools and their application.
