Senior Data Analyst – Statistics & Data Analysis

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design, development and operation of enterprise‑wide data products, dashboards and decision‑intelligence solutions for the Roads and Transport Authority. Working within the Enterprise Command & Control (ECC) environment, you will turn transport‑related data into actionable insights that support real‑time operations, strategic planning and executive oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise data products, dashboards and use‑case frameworks in line with data‑governance standards and the Technology Strategy & Governance (TSG) framework.
• Identify, prioritize and implement operational and strategic data use cases across roads, public transport, traffic, mobility and safety domains.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ECC data products—from problem definition through dashboard design, deployment and optimisation—leveraging big data, IoT and operational systems.
• Integrate transport‑related data from multiple operational systems, ensuring data quality, timeliness and fitness for analytics.
• Produce Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents for interactive dashboards and analytical visualisations.
• Generate analytical insights, reports and briefings to support real‑time decisions and long‑term planning.
• Handle internal and external data requests related to ECC dashboards and data products.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in data analytics, dashboard development and data‑product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work with large, multi‑source transport datasets and deliver actionable visualisations.
• Experience in a transport, logistics or public‑sector environment is a plus.
