Senior Design Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design function across high‑end fit‑out projects, ensuring design excellence from concept through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage design activities across multiple luxury fit‑out projects.
• Oversee design submissions, shop drawings and technical coordination to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage RFIs, design queries and stakeholder communication to support project delivery.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project teams for seamless design integration.
• Provide technical solutions to site and construction‑related design challenges.
• Monitor design progress, mitigate risks and support project milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in fit‑out contracting, including leadership of large‑scale luxury projects.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
