Senior Design Manager – Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)

About the role

The Senior Design Manager at Resicom+ within Al Futtaim Group leads the design and delivery of high‑quality architectural projects across residential and commercial sectors. You will ensure projects meet aesthetic, technical and user‑experience standards while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑end projects on time, within budget and with a focus on superior user experience.
• Develop and implement design strategies in partnership with the Director of Architecture.
• Manage the end‑to‑end design process from brief to procurement, including technical reviews, consultant appointments and building‑permit acquisition.
• Create and maintain standard processes, templates and risk‑management systems for complex tasks.
• Coordinate with architectural, interior, landscape, structural, MEP and infrastructure disciplines.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 12 years of design and management experience, preferably with leading local developers.
• Extensive experience delivering residential and commercial office projects.
• Proven ability to present compelling designs to executive management.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and local requirements.
