Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

GSS Tech Group is hiring a Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a leading government financial institution in Abu Dhabi. You will design, build and maintain CRM solutions supporting customer service and complaint management in a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on senior role where you write code daily, lead the technical design and guide junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop, test and deploy custom solutions using C#/.NET plugins, workflow activities, JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK, server-side and client-side
• Build forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and business process flows
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
• Lead solution architecture in line with enterprise architecture standards
• Configure security roles, business unit hierarchies and data management, and tune system performance
• Support upgrades, patching and migration; conduct code reviews, manage version control and prepare technical documentation
• Mentor junior team members and work with business analysts, functional teams, project managers and Microsoft partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (online and/or on-premises)
• Proven delivery of at least one full lifecycle CRM implementation
• Strong C#/.NET, JavaScript and Visual Studio, including plugin development and the Dynamics 365 SDK
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns
• SQL Server, T-SQL and database design; Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD and release management
• Agile/Scrum and ITIL knowledge; Microsoft certification (Functional Consultant Associate, Application Developer Associate or PL-400) or equivalent
• Banking, financial services or government/regulatory experience strongly preferred; Power Platform experience an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
