Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2B demand generation and content initiatives for our climate‑comfort solutions. The role combines strategic planning, event execution, and lead nurturing to drive qualified pipeline and support sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop B2B content such as case studies, landing pages, product brochures, solution decks, and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate event and field marketing activities, including webinars, trade shows, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Integrate events into the broader MQL strategy and track conversion metrics.
• Build and maintain a structured content library to improve reuse and scalability.
• Design and execute MQL acquisition and nurturing programs, generating leads through content, campaigns, and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
• Proven experience with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms.
• Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to produce Arabic content.

What we offer

• Monthly salary baseline of 14,000 AED (including a 2,000 AED performance bonus).
• Probation period of 3 months at 80% of salary.
