Senior Director of International & Premier Services

About the role

The Senior Director of International & Premier Services will lead the strategy, growth and operational excellence of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s premium healthcare portfolio, including VIP, Royal, Executive Health, Concierge Medicine, Longevity and Corporate Health services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IPS strategic plan, set priorities, milestones and performance goals.
• Design an integrated operating model, define workflows, staffing requirements and service standards.
• Oversee daily operations across International, VIP, Royal Support Services, Corporate Medicine and the Healthspan Collection.
• Coordinate patient pathways, referral processes and culturally appropriate support for international and VIP patients.
• Lead growth initiatives, partnership development and referral network expansion.
• Own the IPS budget, financial forecasts, revenue and expense management, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Partner with the Executive Medical Director to align operations with clinical priorities and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare management experience, including 5 years in senior operational leadership.
• Proven experience developing or expanding healthcare services and managing complex implementations.
• Responsibility for budgets, financial planning and service‑line performance.
• Experience working with physicians, multidisciplinary teams and premium patient services.
