Senior Document Control Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Senior Document Control Manager will oversee all project documentation on site, ensuring that records are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with approved procedures and UAE regulations. This role supports the smooth execution of building and villa projects by providing reliable document management and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project operations, aligning activities with organisational goals and performance targets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams to guarantee seamless document flow and project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and quality standards, addressing operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Optimise allocation of manpower, equipment and materials, tracking KPIs and recommending corrective actions.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing operations team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction, preferably on building and villa projects.
• Proven track record in document control, project coordination and operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory and compliance frameworks.
