Senior Engineer, Asset Integrity (Process Safety)

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Asset Integrity (Process Safety) is a critical position responsible for safeguarding the reliability of ADNOC’s assets, including pipelines, wellhead towers, equipment, and wells. Acting as the Technical Authority, the role provides expert guidance throughout the asset lifecycle and drives continuous improvement of design and integrity practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Authority for Facility Integrity, offering expert advice during design, construction, and operation phases.
• Ensure compliance with the ADNOC Upstream Integrity Code, ISO, API and other industry standards.
• Participate in technical reviews and pre‑startup safety reviews to embed Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate integrity considerations into offshore facility projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to verify adherence to integrity standards.
• Monitor and analyse Asset Integrity KPIs, identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic integrity reports covering risk registers, KPI performance, and pending maintenance/inspection activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in asset integrity, process safety, or related oil‑and‑gas engineering fields.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a technical authority and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and risk assessment.
