Senior Engineering Project Manager – GCC I&M

About the role

RINA is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager for its GCC I&M division, based in Al Ain/Abu Dhabi. The role leads high‑value engineering projects, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and serves as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables; create execution road‑maps.
• Manage resources, timelines, and activities across multiple teams.
• Provide strategic oversight, resolve high‑level issues, and keep senior leadership informed.
• Engage with department leads to secure required resources and monitor utilization.
• Communicate with clients, deliver progress reports, and manage expectations.
• Control project budgets, prepare financial reports, and identify cost risks.
• Oversee risk and quality management processes, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor associate project managers and foster professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering or technical project experience (or 5 years in an associate project‑management role).
• Professional project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) highly desirable.
• Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster is a plus.
