Senior Enterprise Architect – Customer Experience

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture initiatives within the Customer Experience domain. You will shape enterprise‑wide programs, define standards, and ensure technology aligns with business objectives across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Customer Experience Enterprise Architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Define and govern architecture standards, principles, reference architectures and solution patterns.
• Develop current‑state and future‑state architecture roadmaps to support transformation and growth.
• Assess existing platforms (CRM, DAM, CMS, eCommerce, HR systems, enterprise applications) and recommend technology solutions based on cost, risk and strategic fit.
• Translate business capabilities into scalable technology architectures and transformation plans.
• Provide advisory support to application architects, project teams and technology partners.
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, security and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Identify technology gaps, technical debt and aging components, and propose remediation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership in enterprise‑wide architecture initiatives, especially within Customer Experience.
• Strong advisory and governance experience across business, information, application and technology domains.
