Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

About the role

Yammi is building the post‑purchase infrastructure for merchants across MENA. We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to lead complex, high‑value sales cycles with enterprise merchants and strategic partners, driving adoption of our fast, seamless refund and return solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and close enterprise‑level merchant and strategic accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Build strong relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders.
• Understand merchant pain points and position Yammi as a long‑term solution.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and integration teams during onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, proposals, and sales playbooks.
• Represent Yammi at meetings, events, and partner discussions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, e‑commerce or logistics.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value or complex deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience selling to enterprise or mid‑market merchants.
• Comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and startup‑mindset.
• Experience in the Saudi or broader MENA market is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
