Senior ERP System Analyst

About the role

NMDC Group is looking for a Senior ERP System Analyst in Abu Dhabi to provide reliable, up-to-date technology and ERP/IT services that improve the group's overall efficiency. The role works closely with business units and IT/ERP teams on configuration, workflows, reports and migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with functional business units to understand their processes, KPIs and organisation structure, and recommend or build scalable workflow solutions and reports.
• Support IT/ERP deployment teams with configuration changes, workflows, scripts, roles and permissions, page layouts, custom objects, record types, reports and dashboards.
• Help administrators, managers, super-users and end-users use the systems effectively.
• Manage and resolve internal IT/ERP projects, upgrades and change requests.
• Document and maintain system customisations and training materials.
• Assist with migration to new systems, data conversion, cleansing, de-duplication and maintenance.
• Help create and run system test plans and user acceptance tests.
• Report monthly to the Group IT Director/ERP Manager on IT/ERP activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration and ERP implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or Information Science) or equivalent.
• Certification in an ERP application is preferable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP applications.
• Adequate experience in ERP implementation.
• Oracle Fusion is preferred.
