Senior Executive – Urban Planning

About the role

Dubai Holding Land Estates is seeking a Senior Executive in Urban Planning to support the preparation of re‑master planning and development proposals, ensuring alignment with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and sustainable urban development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare research, technical studies, planning analysis, presentations and documentation for management review.
• Conduct benchmarking, site case analysis, land‑use assessments, and review existing site conditions and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update development statistics, LUB tracker, planning databases, population assumptions and forecasts.
• Support community facilities provision analysis and assess requirements against population and planning needs.
• Review and process VAS applications, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare technical assessments for approval.
• Prepare and update Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and related planning documents.
• Review master plans and datasets submitted by development teams or consultants for compliance with vision and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in urban planning or related field.
• Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality in handling documentation.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures for data processing.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
