Senior Finance Controller

About the role

The Senior Finance Controller will oversee the financial performance and control environment for Louis Vuitton in the Middle East. This role combines financial planning, analysis, reporting and internal control to provide accurate financial information that supports strategic decision‑making and sustainable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor commercial performance and key financial KPIs, delivering month‑end close including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Prepare and present high‑quality financial reports to local management and the regional Zone.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, revise budgets as the business evolves and analyse variances.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities, support supplier negotiations and participate in store inventories.
• Ensure strict application of internal control procedures, conduct operational reviews and propose procedural enhancements.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics and Store Management, attending month‑end and performance review meetings as a trusted finance advisor.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for sales, operating expenses and special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or financial controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid business acumen.
• Results‑driven, pragmatic and detail‑oriented.
• Curious, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
