About the role

The Senior Finance Lead will oversee financial operations for a growing manufacturing client in Fujairah, ensuring effective management of the finance team and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the organisation's financial operations and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis to assist strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and oversee budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
