Senior Finance Manager – Financial Services (DIFC)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Senior Finance Manager to join a well‑established financial services firm in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The role covers end‑to‑end finance functions, including reporting, budgeting, treasury and controls, with regular interaction with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial management, including accounting, month‑end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support management decision‑making.
• Manage treasury, cash management and cash‑flow forecasting, including fixed‑deposit placements and banking relationships.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and the fixed‑asset register.
• Oversee monthly payroll and maintain appropriate financial controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, handling requests, documentation and follow‑up on audit findings.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, management reporting and strategic financial planning.
• Maintain robust, compliant finance policies, processes and controls.
• Identify process improvements, efficiencies and opportunities to strengthen financial operations.
• Provide guidance and support to Finance team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of financial accounting and management reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
