Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established semi‑government entity in Abu Dhabi to recruit a Senior Finance Manager who will lead finance, treasury, corporate governance and investment activities across multiple business entities and private investment structures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, treasury and financial operations across multiple entities.
• Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, management accounts, cash‑flow forecasts and executive dashboards.
• Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios, including private investments, real estate and alternative assets, identifying opportunities to optimise returns.
• Conduct financial modelling, investment appraisals, commercial due diligence and scenario analysis for new investment opportunities.
• Develop and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and enterprise risk‑management processes.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning initiatives.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, taxation and regulatory compliance across all entities.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, investment partners and regulatory authorities.
• Act as the principal financial advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on capital allocation, wealth preservation and investment performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, investment management, corporate finance or treasury leadership.
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex financial structures, investments and multi‑entity operations.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion and commercial acumen.
