Senior Financial Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Innovate Project Development (IPD), a Dubai-based real estate developer offering development and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, is hiring a Senior Financial Manager. The role leads financial management, project cost control, revenue management and financial reporting, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to strengthen financial governance and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, budget variances and cost-to-complete.
• Manage revenue, invoicing, billing, receivables and collections.
• Oversee project escrow accounts and ensure DLD/RERA compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial dashboards and CEO reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies and approval procedures.
• Lead the finance team and drive ERP and reporting improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in Dubai's real estate development and/or PMC sector.
• Ideal candidate: a commercially driven finance leader with extensive Dubai real estate experience who can advise C-suite leadership.

Required skills

• Project budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• DLD/RERA regulations, escrow accounts and off-plan sales accounting.
• UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS 15.
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and ERP (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
