Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to design, build and scale high‑performance mobile applications. You will own key components of our platform, mentor junior developers and drive architectural decisions that shape the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and optimise core mobile platform components for performance and scalability.
• Champion testability and participate in architecture‑level decision making.
• Engage in technical grooming, sprint planning and estimation to align engineering with product goals.
• Introduce innovative ideas to improve processes, workflows and product quality.
• Coach junior and mid‑level team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain and improve comprehensive product documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of mobile development (Android or iOS) with at least 3 years dedicated to Flutter.
• Proven track record of launching apps on the App Store or Google Play.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and mobile architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with native technologies (Kotlin, Java, Swift), CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing.
