Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to shape and scale high‑performance mobile applications from the ground up. You will have architectural autonomy, mentor junior talent, and directly influence our core platform components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and scale crucial components of our mobile platform.
• Champion testability and participate in architecture‑level decisions.
• Engage in technical grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions.
• Introduce innovative ideas to improve engineering processes and product quality.
• Coach junior and mid‑level team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain and improve comprehensive product documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of mobile development (Android or iOS) with at least 2 years dedicated to Flutter.
• Proven track record of launching apps on the App Store or Google Play.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs and WebSockets.

Required skills

• Dart (including streams / RxDart)
• Flutter framework
• Object‑Oriented Programming and SOLID principles
• Android / iOS development basics
• Kotlin, Java or Swift (nice to have)
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Unit and functional testing for mobile applications
