Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Black Pearl Shipping Services is seeking an experienced Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English. Based in Dubai, you will lead the end‑to‑end customs clearance and freight forwarding processes for a diverse portfolio of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process Bill of Entry (BOE) and manage import, export, transit and re‑export declarations.
• Coordinate LCL shipments and liaise with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs authorities.
• Utilise Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2 platforms to submit and track customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures, including HS Code classification and duty calculations.
• Provide guidance on FCL, air freight and road freight operations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE freight‑forwarding experience.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2 and Jebel Ali Port procedures.
• Fluent Arabic and good command of English for international communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and reliably commute or relocate before start date.
