Senior Full Stack Engineer – Cloud‑Native Platforms

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, modernise and support enterprise‑grade digital platforms and mission‑critical applications. The role blends hands‑on development with technical leadership across frontend, backend, integration, cloud‑native deployment and DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable, highly‑available full‑stack applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, architecture decisions and delivery plans.
• Build cloud‑native solutions using microservices, containerisation, API‑first principles and stateless service patterns.
• Develop responsive Single Page Applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript and modern web standards, creating reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Implement backend services and microservices with Java Spring Boot, Node.js or NestJS, exposing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Integrate internal platforms and external providers using synchronous and asynchronous messaging, and design data models with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Oracle or MySQL.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering standards, platform roadmaps and mentor development teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack development and cloud‑native architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Hands‑on coding mindset while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.
