Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Web & Mobile

About the role

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise‑grade cross‑platform web and mobile applications using Ionic and Angular. You will ensure solutions meet architectural standards, security requirements and modern engineering best practices while driving quality, performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architecture and Agile processes.
• Design, develop and implement Angular and Ionic applications using Specification‑Driven Development, OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, enforce SDLC standards, and guarantee application security, performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and stakeholders to refine requirements and achieve Definition of Ready compliance.
• Promote engineering excellence through automation, AI‑enabled development, continuous improvement and adoption of modern tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years delivering enterprise web and mobile applications with Angular and Ionic.
• Proven track record of building cross‑platform solutions, progressive web apps and mobile deployments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and technical coaching abilities.

• Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, CI/CD, Appium, Detox.
• Native mobile: Swift, Kotlin, Xcode, Android Studio, Apple App Store, Google Play Store deployments.
