Senior Fullstack Developer Contractor

About the role

We are building a global institutional real‑estate platform and need a senior full‑stack developer to own feature delivery end‑to‑end, from React TypeScript UIs to Python FastAPI services and Azure integrations. The role is contract‑based (6 months initial) with the possibility to roll over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead features from concept through production, writing design notes, defining API contracts and delivering in safe increments.
• Make and document architecture decisions across frontend, backend and data, balancing speed with long‑term maintainability.
• Set and uphold engineering standards: code review, testing, API design, migrations, security and accessibility.
• Mentor other developers through pairing, reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Own production quality for your areas, including monitoring, incident response and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role on a product team.
• Deep experience with React, TypeScript and production Next.js (App Router) applications.
• Strong background building production APIs with FastAPI (or similar) and PostgreSQL, including schema migrations.
• Hands‑on cloud experience, preferably Azure services, and comfort with event‑driven designs.
• Security‑mindset covering authentication, OWASP top 10, secrets management and handling personal/financial data.
