Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a senior leader to own and execute its global creator strategy, working with top‑tier talent, emerging micro‑creators and makeup artists to turn influencers into brand moments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a world‑class global influencer roadmap, aligning programs with marketing objectives, product launches and brand campaigns.
• Manage the global influencer budget, optimizing for performance and brand equity.
• Identify and secure major creator collaborations, overseeing end‑to‑end execution from ideation to content rollout.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, PR, Product Marketing and Social teams to amplify launches.
• Establish KPIs, track performance across platforms and regions, and use data to refine strategy.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, creating operational systems for rapid, consistent campaign deployment.
• Oversee global seeding programs, influencer events and creator activations at product launches and brand experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in celebrity or influencer management, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
• Proven success leading large‑scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
• Deep knowledge of classic and digital media landscapes and an established network of media and influencer contacts.
• Strong crisis communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
