Senior Graphic Designer for Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create polished visual assets for its signature restaurant portfolio. You will translate creative briefs into high‑quality designs across print, digital, social, menus, event materials and on‑property touchpoints, ensuring every piece reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for restaurant campaigns, activations and guest‑facing materials.
• Adapt approved visual directions into consistent assets for multiple restaurant concepts while respecting each outlet’s identity.
• Prepare artwork, layouts and production‑ready files with strong attention to detail, colour, typography and finishing requirements.
• Support Marketing, Creative & Content and Social teams with timely design delivery for campaigns, launches and trading moments.
• Maintain organised design files, templates and assets to ensure efficient delivery and consistent visual standards across the property’s restaurant portfolio.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design or creative production, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft across print, digital, social, collateral and brand‑led materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools, with solid layout, typography and artwork preparation skills.
• Ability to adapt brand guidelines into consistent, polished outputs across different channels and formats.
• Detail‑oriented, responsive and collaborative, thriving in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
