Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Richmond Properties, a luxury real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual creation across its marketing, sales and client‑facing channels. The role involves translating briefs into high‑impact designs that support property launches, campaigns and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual output for marketing, sales, digital, social, event and presentation materials while adhering to brand standards.
• Contribute to campaign concepts, property marketing assets, decks, brochures, social media graphics and event collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to turn briefs into strong visual executions.
• Design and produce sales presentations, corporate decks, pitch documents, project brochures, property flyers and agent materials.
• Ensure decks, presentations and client‑facing documents are polished, persuasive and suitable for high‑value real‑estate audiences.
• Support video and photography production by providing creative direction, graphic overlays, motion elements and edited assets.
• Maintain and organise the creative asset library, including brand files, templates, icons and approved visual references.
• Deliver fast, commercially useful creative solutions for urgent campaigns, property launches and business priorities.
• Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in graphic design, preferably within real‑estate or luxury branding.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality visual work that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, hierarchy and colour usage.
• Self‑managed, capable of prioritising multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
