Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

AECOM is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Dubai. You will shape visual communication across digital and print channels, helping the company deliver impactful infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution of design projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate project requirements into high‑quality visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines for client and internal initiatives.
• Create engaging content for websites, social media, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Design print collateral such as brochures, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Produce motion graphics and animations for video and digital presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and provide art direction to raise overall design standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop brand identities and apply them consistently.
• Solid understanding of UI design principles and production processes for both digital and print.
• Excellent project‑management and time‑management capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced environment.
