Senior Graphic Designer – On-site (AED 15,000-18,000)

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual assets across digital, print, branding and advertising channels. This on‑site position offers the opportunity to progress to an Art Director role within a year, supporting strategic business objectives and elevating brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for multi‑channel campaigns, including social media, websites, presentations, print materials, event branding and digital experiences.
• Lead visual development from concept through final execution for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, developers and account teams.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during reviews.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies and creative tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree or formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related discipline (preferred).
• 5–7 years of professional experience in creative, advertising, branding or integrated marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking and campaign‑level execution across multiple formats.
• Experience with multinational agencies or internationally recognized creative environments (highly preferred).
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced agency settings and manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for both digital and print applications and knowledge of print production processes.
