Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

You will find and scale the acquisition channels that take Qureos to the next ten thousand. The role sits at the intersection of two marketplaces – companies hiring and talent seeking jobs – and requires you to own both funnels. You will work directly with founders and cross‑functional teams to turn data into growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels such as paid media, affiliates, marketplaces, communities, search, content, email, lifecycle and referral.
• Run a live experiment engine: formulate hypotheses, allocate budgets, set time‑boxes, evaluate results and decide which bets to scale or stop.
• Analyze conversion funnels, pinpoint stalls, and collaborate with product and engineering to optimise the user journey.
• Partner with founders, product, engineering, sales and the growth team to make data‑driven decisions that are implemented within the same week.

Required profile

• Proven track record taking acquisition from zero to scale in product‑led or self‑serve growth, B2B SaaS demand generation, or a two‑sided marketplace.
• Hands‑on builder who sets up ad accounts, analytics, page builders, briefs creatives and writes sequences.
• Designs rigorous tests that deliver clear yes/no outcomes within a fortnight.
• Self‑sufficient analyst who pulls their own data without waiting on a data team.
• Willing to change course when data contradicts assumptions.
