Senior Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a polished, customer‑focused Senior Hostess to lead the front‑of‑house guest experience at our luxury venues in Dubai. You will create a warm atmosphere, manage reservations and seating, and uphold the highest service standards in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams to optimise table turnover.
• Handle guest inquiries, special occasions and waiting lists, providing accurate wait times.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area at all times.
• Support and mentor junior hostesses to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel, fine‑dining or high‑volume hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
