Senior Housekeeping Manager - Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Housekeeping Manager – Operations to lead the Guest Room housekeeping team for Wynn Al Marjan Island, an upcoming integrated resort slated to open in 2027. The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and is responsible for maintaining Forbes‑standard cleanliness and service across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily Guest Room housekeeping operations, ensuring Forbes‑standard cleanliness and service.
• Supervise Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Guest Room Attendants, conducting briefings and performance monitoring.
• Inspect rooms and service areas, enforce grooming standards, and coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Monitor operational systems, room status, maintenance requests and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, inventory, cost controls and manage relationships with external service providers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, colleague development and act on behalf of the Executive Housekeeper when required.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in public area or housekeeping operations in a large 5‑star hotel or resort, with 2–4 years in a supervisory or managerial rooms role.
• Experience in an integrated resort, gaming environment or Forbes Travel Guide setting is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, organization, coaching and team‑motivation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera housekeeping management system.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
