Senior HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead the end‑to‑end human resources function for our Dubai office. The role will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance and development initiatives, ensuring a high‑performing and inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from job description drafting to offer extension and onboarding.
• Support monthly payroll processing, maintain attendance/leave records and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE and WPS.
• Administer bi‑annual performance reviews, set SMART goals, track KPIs and implement Performance Improvement Plans when needed.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries, grievances and exit interviews, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Identify training needs, coordinate onboarding programs, workshops and professional development activities.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook, HR policies and the HRIS, generating reports on headcount, attrition and time‑to‑hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing a complete HR function in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and WPS requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Demonstrated ability to work with managers on performance management and employee development.
