Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at NEXT Ventures, you will translate the company’s business vision into people strategy across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and EMEA. You will work closely with senior leaders in trading, technology and operations to drive organisational effectiveness, talent growth and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to regional and functional leaders on people strategy, organisational health and performance.
• Partner with Global HR Centres of Excellence – Total Rewards, Analytics, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development – to align compensation, hiring, development and employee experience with business goals.
• Design and implement organisational structures, workforce plans and OKR‑based performance frameworks that support speed, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Coach managers on feedback culture, performance differentiation and growth planning, using data analytics to refine frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 5 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles within financial services, fintech or trading industries.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Solid understanding of regional labour laws and HR best practices across SEA, South Asia and EMEA.

Required skills

• Experience partnering with HR Centres of Excellence (Rewards, Analytics, Talent Acquisition, L&D).
• Proven ability to design and embed OKR‑based performance and workforce frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and problem‑solving skills in dynamic environments.
