Senior Immigration Consultant

About the role

Connect To World Consultancy Services, a firm offering document clearing and immigration solutions, is hiring a Senior Immigration Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi. The consultant manages complex immigration cases, advises clients on visa options and immigration pathways, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities and legal representatives and monitor case progress.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and provide detailed consultations.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with global immigration policy changes and contribute to internal process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven consulting skills, including client advisory, needs assessment and solution-focused case management.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, ideally in multinational or multi-jurisdictional contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business or a related field; advanced certifications in immigration or legal practice are an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in global immigration are beneficial.
• Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Immigration expertise and ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
• Strong knowledge of visas and related procedures, including application requirements and timelines.
• Solid foundation in immigration law, with experience alongside legal professionals or within legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
