Senior Interface Engineer – Offshore

About the role

Penspen is urgently hiring a Senior Interface Engineer to manage technical and operational interfaces between offshore construction teams, contractors, engineering disciplines, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues at the offshore site.
• Maintain interface registers, action logs, and progress reports.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project teams.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, schedules, and HSE requirements.
• Escalate interface risks and support timely technical decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• PMC and EPC offshore project experience preferred.
• Previous experience on ADNOC projects is an advantage.
