Senior Interior Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a leading international interior design and architectural studio in Dubai. You will work on high‑end luxury residential projects, guiding designs from concept through construction while ensuring the highest standards of quality and detail.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages: plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and finish schedules.
• Create bespoke joinery, interior architectural detailing, and bathroom layout packages, including tile setting out drawings and specifications.
• Develop presentations and sample boards for interior finishes.
• Lead client, contractor, and consultant meetings and coordinate on‑site execution with suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain design integrity, conduct quality control during construction and installation, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline recognized in the UAE.
• Minimum 6 years of experience on high‑end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom design, finishes, FF&E specification, sourcing, and procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and experience mentoring junior staff.
