Senior Interior Design Draftsman - Remote

About the role

Our client is a high‑end UAE‑based interior design, fit‑out and consultancy company delivering bespoke luxury spaces across the MENA region. We are seeking a Senior Interior Design Draftsman (remote, preferably based in Serbia or South‑East Europe) to work closely with senior interior designers, architects, lighting designers and the 3D visualization team to turn design concepts into detailed technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce complete interior design construction drawing packages for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Develop detailed drawings from concept and design‑development information, including floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, finishes layouts, elevations and sections.
• Prepare detailed interior architectural elements and coordinate lighting, structural and MEP information within interior design drawings.
• Incorporate design and consultant comments, maintain high drawing quality and consistency, and review drawings for discrepancies before submission.
• Support preparation of schedules, specifications and tender/construction packages, and guide junior draftsmen.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of professional drafting experience in interior design, interior architecture or fit‑out, with luxury residential or hospitality projects.
• Experience with international design consultancies, luxury fit‑out contractors, hotel projects or UAE/GCC projects is an advantage.
• Expert‑level AutoCAD proficiency and strong experience producing detailed construction drawings.
• Experience with FF&E coordination and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is a significant advantage; SketchUp and other design software are beneficial.
