Senior Investment Advisor – Retail Banking Group

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Investment Advisor to lead investment advisory activities within our Retail Banking Group. The role focuses on managing fixed‑income portfolios, supporting private banking, and delivering tailored investment solutions to our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Perform investment advisory and oversee a substantial fixed‑income book across all commercial segments of the bank.
• Support private banking activities, retaining clients during relationship‑manager transitions.
• Collaborate to develop the area’s investment view and transform insights into marketable products.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on investment advisory matters.
• Produce research inputs to analyze, propose, and implement investment solutions for diverse client segments.
• Monitor, rebalance, and restructure portfolios to enhance client satisfaction and generate revenue.
• Deliver customized solutions directly to relationship managers or clients as required.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of macroeconomic research and ability to translate it into investment decisions.
• Proven experience in investment advisory, financial markets, and economic analysis.
• In‑depth knowledge of banking and asset‑management industry developments.
• Comprehensive grasp of investment products, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and risk profiling.
• Familiarity with portfolio management theory, financial instrument correlations, and market dynamics.
