Senior IT Specialist

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for a Senior IT Specialist in Abu Dhabi. The role covers the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, technical support and troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute IT projects.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve system performance.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff and guide them on complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Proven experience managing IT projects from start to finish.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols and cloud services.
