Senior IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join a global MRO client. The role focuses on delivering advanced technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth daily operations for end‑users across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for PCs, industrial PCs, printers, phones and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network‑related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and update operating systems and standard applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability and security.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support local and regional IT projects as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective IT service delivery.
• Respond to user requests and deliver high‑quality customer support.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.
• AA/AS degree, technical diploma or equivalent technical training.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
• Customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE.
