Senior Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate blended learning programmes that support ALE Holdings’ diverse construction businesses across the UAE. The role will partner with business units to create engaging content that builds operational, behavioural, leadership and compliance capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom, virtual and e‑learning programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Create learning materials and content tailored to operational, behavioural, leadership and compliance needs.
• Facilitate high‑impact training sessions covering leadership and soft‑skill topics.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments to measure knowledge retention and application.
• Track learning outcomes using models such as Kirkpatrick’s and recommend improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports on learning effectiveness, participation and ROI for leadership review.

Required profile

• Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
• Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training impact and report findings to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of blended learning design and delivery.
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
