Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with deep expertise in IT law to join our team. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and finalising a wide range of technology‑related agreements, ensuring compliance with internal templates and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and close IT contracts, including software licensing, SaaS/Cloud, reselling, MSP, channel and professional services agreements.
• Assess contract requirements, critical provisions and terms to guarantee alignment with company templates and legal standards.
• Support corporate governance, code of ethics, conduct and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, working independently toward shared objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Law degree (local preferred) with at least 10 years of experience in the IT industry, ideally with software or SaaS vendors.
• Business‑fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent judgment, common sense and a good sense of humour.
• Willingness to travel on short notice if required.
