Senior Logistics Manager

About the role

The Senior Logistics Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all logistics activities for a large‑scale construction project, ensuring safe and efficient site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the delivery, storage and distribution of materials, equipment and labour across the site.
• Manage site access, traffic flow, signage and public road usage, including special access for show houses.
• Develop and maintain logistics processes, induction programmes, safety manuals and the Site Emergency Plan.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, contractors and consultants to align logistics with the overall programme.
• Monitor logistics performance against measurable goals, risk registers and change‑management impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or Real Estate Development; chartered status preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of site‑wide logistics experience on complex, multi‑cultural projects, including mandatory Abu Dhabi hospitality, mixed‑use or residential projects.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak) and possession of relevant safety certifications.

Required skills

• CSCS certification.
• SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent recognised safety programme.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Lifting Supervisor Certification.
• Traffic Management certification.
