Senior Logistics Manager

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead strategic direction, transformation and operational excellence across multiple warehouse and distribution centre locations. The role focuses on digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement to align logistics performance with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term logistics strategy that supports organisational goals and drives innovation in automation, robotics and advanced WMS/ERP integration.
• Oversee multi‑warehouse and distribution centre operations, harmonising SOPs, monitoring KPIs for cost, service, safety and compliance.
• Lead large‑scale projects such as expansion, consolidation and process re‑engineering while managing risk, business continuity and crisis response.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, GSP, EHS and other regulatory standards, leading audits and remediation programmes.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, drive succession planning and champion a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy required; a Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑site operations and large‑scale change initiatives.
• Advanced certifications such as CSCP, Lean Six Sigma or PMP are preferred.
