Senior Manager – Accounts Payable

About the role

Kingston Stanley is seeking a hands‑on Senior Manager – Accounts Payable to lead day‑to‑day AP operations in a fast‑growing UAE organisation. You will own the full procure‑to‑pay cycle, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, payments are made on time, and financial controls remain robust.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end AP processes in a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and month‑end closing activities.
• Maintain strong AP controls, reconciliations, and accruals in line with IFRS.
• Drive AP automation initiatives and ERP optimisation.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise and develop an AP team, ensuring high performance.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of progressive Accounts Payable or Finance Shared Services experience.
• At least three years of experience managing an AP team.
• Strong background in P2P processes within high‑volume, multi‑entity settings.
• Experience in B2C, data‑centres, telecommunications, infrastructure, power or energy sectors.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Current residence in the GCC is strongly preferred.
