Senior Manager – Building Projects (Electrical & Mechanical)

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead MEP concepts, design and technical project management for both brown‑field and green‑field data centre developments, ensuring sustainable solutions and energy savings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver MEP (HVAC, public health) designs and technical solutions for data centre projects from concept to commissioning.
• Prepare technical bid documents, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts and manage contract close‑out documentation.
• Monitor construction, site development, commissioning and project close‑out, ensuring compliance with standards and sustainability targets.
• Provide technical support to internal FM teams and senior management for telecom and data centre operations.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors and authorities across all disciplines (MEP, C&A, PHE, DC fit‑out).

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in MEP engineering, data centre and telecom facility projects.
• BE degree and MBA; certifications such as ATS Uptime, ASA Uptime, MASHRAE, MBICSI.
• Proven experience in technical project management, tendering, budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
