Senior Manager, Consumer Platforms & Digital Experiences

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery, governance, and continuous enhancement of its consumer‑facing platforms across the CEMEA region. The role partners with product, technology, design, marketing, risk, compliance, legal, issuers and external partners to drive platform transformation, migrations and go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic consumer platform initiatives, including migration of cardholders from legacy ecosystems to next‑generation Visa platforms.
• Own platform roadmaps, feature prioritisation, localisation requirements and enhancement backlogs to improve adoption and engagement.
• Partner with product, design and technology teams to deliver best‑in‑class user journeys, onboarding experiences and UI/UX enhancements.
• Oversee rollout of intelligent consumer experience capabilities, market onboarding, business readiness and performance optimisation.
• Manage launch readiness, production deployments, operational handover, post‑launch stabilisation and continuous platform improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital product management, platform delivery, payments or large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering customer‑facing digital platforms, migrations, product launches and large‑scale transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and align cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, enhancement backlogs and market localisation.

Required skills

• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
• Expertise in customer journey design, UX/UI and digital engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, mobile applications and AI‑enabled capabilities.
