Senior Manager - Corporate Communications

About the role

Dubai Holding Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Communications to protect and promote the organisation’s reputation and raise awareness of its contribution to Dubai’s growth. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role combines strategic counsel, project leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic communication campaigns aligned with business objectives, including thought‑leadership programmes, white papers and executive positioning material.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality content for press releases, speeches, reports, social media and internal communications.
• Create and manage stakeholder communication plans, providing support on major issues across the Group’s verticals.
• Lead the selection, briefing and performance management of external PR agencies, setting KPIs and overseeing budgets.
• Oversee production of major corporate publications such as financial and sustainability reports, coordinating internal contributors and external partners.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse public sentiment with analytics tools and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the Middle East.
• Background in communications or public relations, with agency experience considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Affairs or a related field.
• Experience with financial or sustainability communications is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑profile projects and interact with senior leadership.
